3. Registration & Security

You must immediately notify Tools4PDF of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Tools4PDF will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software.

• Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringing on third-party intellectual property rights.

We take document security seriously, but we cannot be held liable for accidental data loss during the conversion or processing stages. Always keep backups of your original files.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
